This machine is control by PLC system and touch screen. So it’s very easy to operate.

The heating of gluing machine is by oil,and there is a special control system to control the temperature. So it can keep the temperature very well,finally keep the best adhesive strength.

When the panel arrive the roll press machine,the acrylic panel will be feeding in the same time,so it's control very easy and operate very easy.

The Gluing roll is made by special material,There is one stainless steel roll,one silicon roll and one ceramic roll. It's the best material for PUR glue.
