Laminating machines are divided into two categories according to different equipment and processes, one is "immediate coating" and the other is "pre-coating"; among them, there are two types of spectroscopic film and sub-film.
Instant film coating is a process in which the film is applied immediately with the glue applied by the instant film machine for paper-plastic composite. It is mainly composed of a coating film processing plant or a processing workshop. According to the needs, the roll plastic film is coated with an adhesive, dried (lightly) composited, and pressurized to adhere the paper film together to form a film-coated product. That is to say, the coating equipment has two kinds of automatic and semi-automatic, and the basic working principle is the same; the process flow mainly includes unwinding → sizing and coating → drying → compounding → slitting → finished product accumulation.

1.2 Pre-coated film
Pre-coated film is a process of pre-rolling plastic film on glue film cloth, and then compounding it with paper printing. The pre-coating film is made by the pre-coating film processing plant, according to the different specifications and sizes used, the glue is first coated and rewinded for the user to choose, and then combined with the printed paper.
The process flow of pre-coating film is mainly pre-gluing → reeling → sizing and coating (hanging type) → curing and cooling → rewinding → slitting → rewinding → finished product packaging. Pre-coating machine: temperature adjustment → winding → paper feeding → heating → compounding → slitting → automatic stacking → finished product.
There are three types of pre-coated films: thermal film, pressure sensitive film and special film. Binding is mainly used in two types of thermal films: BOPP, PET (there is also N nylon)
