● The Glue:Water beased or oil based glue (cold glue)
● The Panel:MDF/HDF,Particleboard,MGO board,WPC board,PVC board,plywood board,gypsum board,foamed board,etc.All the board surface must be flate
● The Decorative Material:The PVC film,PU paper,Kraft paper,paint paper,cloth,leather,wooden veneer.the material must be roller
1. Work table with conveyor rollers.
2. Dust removing is for remove dust and small article on the board surface before glue coating.
3. Following the glue coating,there is a heating system which used to dry the glue and better to use in winter or cold weather.
4. There are four groups of press rollers. and two of them are the hot press roller with steel heated roller,the left two of them are the cold press roller with rubber roller.
